1- By commissioning me you agree that you have read my terms of service and state that it is a binding contract. You must be 18+ years of age to commission me.2- By commissioning me or buying a character design as an adoptable or custom from me you agree that you have read my terms of service and state that it is a binding contract.3- I have the right to update my terms of service at my discretion.4- I have the right to refuse a commission or custom in case of any inconvenience and publish orders and designs in my portfolios and galleries on social networks.5-  No art or media created by me, Ereru, may be used in blockchain-related technology, including minting / selling as NFTs (non-fungible tokens), cryptocurrency, or future related inventions in the space, either by a commissioner, recipient of art, or a third party.6- Violators of my terms of service may be blacklisted from future business if the offense is severe enough.7- My ToS applies to past, current, and future commissioners and character designs & adoptables.Please read my full Terms of Service!

1- General Terms

The commissioner is 18 / 18+ years oldYou are Paying for a Digital Good that requires no shipping information as the final piece is received via email / download link, please be sure to understand this when using PaypalAll of the art pieces will have my signature in a visible place, and may not be removed by any means.Finished piece will be sent to you as an HD file through download link, since it is a digital good.- I can freely reject doing a piece that I'm not comfortableI will inform the client about any situation that directly involves the status of the piece (sickness, personal problems, etc.)NFT (Non Fungible Tokens) made off the artist's works and / or comissions is strictly prohibited. No exceptions will be made. The Artist has the right to proceed accordingly if this condition is violated.

2. Payment/ Pricing

The full payment will be required to start working on the piece. Any further changes when the piece is done, will have an extra charge.Prices can also change depending on what the client wants or adds, as well as fees will be added upon the final price for various reasons.If for some reason the client isn't willing to continue with the piece, refund would be not possibleMajor changes after the sketch is already approved have an extra charge.

3. Copyright / Usage Policy

I, Chocodin0501 (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promotion on my social media/website
- Save the pieces in my portfolioThe buyer is allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use  (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork to promote themselves giving proper credit.
- Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Removing my signature from the artwork
- Tracing the artwork
- Altering the artwork without my consent
- NFT (Non Fungible Tokens) made off the artist's works and / or comissions is strictly prohibited. No exceptions will be made. The Artist has the right to proceed accordingly if this condition is violated.
